Thank you for shopping with us.
If you change your mind about an online purchase you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We will also refund the original shipping cost.
The following items cannot be returned for reason of a change of mind: • Items that have been custom made to your requirements. • Sharpening services • Any downloadable software or other service. • Any other product or service that is a customized order
How to return an item:
1. Send us an email to info@csltool.com detailing items for return and order number. 2. Await a confirmation email. 3. Send the item back to us. 4. Once we have received and inspected the item(s) we will confirm the refund via email. We will apply a credit to your card or original payment method.
Conditions
You must return the item to us at: CSL Tool & Supply Company Units 1-3, Ardmanagh Enterprise Centre, Schull, P81C564 County Cork, Ireland. The item must arrive within 14 days of notifying us of the return. After this time period we cannot accommodate any returns. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. For items of a high value, we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund items that we do not receive. All items should be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Faulty items/incorrect items.
We expect you to be satisfied with our products but if the occasion arises that an item is faulty, or not as expected please contact us directly via email and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional shipping cost or issue a full refund including postage and vat charges as soon as possible.
